1. SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed same day, but if we receive the order to late it will be proceed next day.

2. Shipping Times & Rates

  • Overnight shipping: Free on orders
  • Sometimes shipping may get delaed or take longer then expected
  • Shipping is currently available within the United States only. International shipping will be announced soon.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 12 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@wonderphone.com, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

2. RETURN POLICY

1. Return Window

We want you to love your Wonder Phone product. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Digital products and final sale items are non-returnable.

3. How to Start a Return

Email us at support@wonderphone.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

6. Return Fee

For all returns, we charge a 25% restocking fee of the total order amount, this will be reducted from your refund
